Sweaters and scarves to keep me warm, cozy and bright

 I don't like cold weather much, but I do love the clothes that I get to wear. Soft, warm sweaters, soft scarves in all types of textures, colors and styles, and boots of all types!  My sister and I went to see the movie "Flight" a few weeks ago.  I wore one of my favorite sweaters, a long cashmere cardigan in medium brown.  I decided to wear it with a blue t-shirt underneath, and a funky bright blue scarf.  The brown and blue looked so nice together. I wore a pair of knee-high, black suede boots, which you can't see very well here, since they blended with my black leggings. Although I'm not happy with my weight right now, this outfit looked good and that, of course, made me feel good.
Also, I would be remiss if I didn't give my condolences to all of the parents who lost children, and everyone who lost a loved one in Newton, CT. What happened is unbelievably sad and I can't imagine the grief that they feel.  I hope that this moves people to figure out what changes we need to make regarding mental health services and permits for assault weapons.  Both subjects need to be examined and so that we can make well-informed changes.
