who is the hottest guy on Criminal Minds?

My current television obsession is the show Criminal Minds (Wed. on CBS).   If you don't watch the show, you should, unless you're very sensitive to blood or stories about disturbed people.  If that's the case just google the name. For those who watch, who do you think is the best-looking guy?  I can't decide between Agent Hotchner or Agent Morgan.  And I think Dr. Reid is cute in a geeky way.
Aaron Hotchner always looks sophisticated and impeccable, wearing suits in almost every scene.  Derek Morgan is the opposite - jeans and t-shirts, rugged and sexy.  Which look do you like best on a man?
